Acceptance of terms
The Hargrave Modular Casebook (the “Application”) is an internal tool operated by Hargrave Military Academy. By signing in and using the Application, you agree to these terms. The Application is provided for authorized organizational use only.
Permitted use
You may use the Application solely to create, manage, and collaborate on casebook content for Hargrave Military Academy. You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use it in violation of any applicable law or organizational policy.
Google account and content
The Application connects to your Google Account with your consent to manage casebook files in Google Drive and Google Docs. You retain ownership of your content. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms. Our handling of data accessed through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hargrave Military Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Application, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
